Due to an increase in debit card fraud, we have initiated debit card changes in order to prevent future losses from fraudulent activity.

*Important* Notify the Bank when traveling outside of Indiana or Kentucky and request an exemption on your debit card for the states that you will be traveling in.

Debit Card Changes in Indiana and Kentucky

Any transaction over $300 that is card and cardholder present will REQUIRE a PIN to complete. The transaction must be processed as a debit card transaction (not credit card) and the customer should use their PIN at the point of sale to complete the transaction. This does not affect online purchases or bill payments.

ALL transactions that are card and cardholder present will REQUIRE a PIN to complete.
